However, I ordered this case specifically because it could be customized with a call sign—and unfortunately, the call sign was incorrect. Please consider adding a QC step to verify personalized details like call signs before shipping. Everything else was done very well. I have pics if you'd like

I have bought several of these, very nice quality. They hold up well to everyday use. I have a Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra. The covers go on easily and stay put.

Buttons don’t work

Quality of phone case was good but the buttons on my iPhone did not work when case was on. Went back to my old case
