First, they took to long to ship. I sent out an email and they responded within 24 hours. They assured me that they would reach out to their carrier to check status. They did their part and my items were shipped out soon after. Once my items arrived I noticed I had received the wrong item. I reached out to them and they quickly resolved the issue.
