Not happy with customer service. I returned for a wrong size and had little to no communication

They work okay

I got them for my lamintic pony. They seem to fit decent but they do rub on back of heel some and the break in period was a bit confusing. I do feel they effect how he walks because how high they come up the back. But for what I need them for they are working. The velcro did not hold up to the mud well at all. I lost his boots twice on one ride because of it. I had to flip the small strap around to keep the boots on and finish the ride(he was being ponyed.)
