I used these to break up clay soil. Good germination of seeds and ground nicely covered.

Harvested first seeds this week!

Radish cover crop

Good experience. I haven’t covered the whole garden yet, but it came up well. I mixed it with winter rye in a hand spreader and spread it on our heavy alluvial clay soil. I’m anxious to see the results next spring.
