Good buy!
In my opinion, if you don’t want to dish out $40 for fresh snails, this is your very next best thing. Once you add it to your soup and give it time to rehydrate in the hot liquid, it’s like you cooked with fresh snails and the seasoning on it doesn’t in any way impact the taste of your dish.
