Black Widow Tap Shorts in Solid Black

This might be the first pair of shorts I've ever purchased, but I'm trying to expand my comfort zone and I wanted something short but nice. I'm 5'3" with a 39" natural waist and weigh about 270 lbs, and I love these shorts. They fit perfectly, hit just the right spot on my legs, and almost pass the bend-over test (my butt tattoos aren't visible but the crotch area is pretty narrow so not a lot to be done there lol). Like the matching Maxi Chifon Skirt (?), the cleaning tag DOES say it recommends Dry Clean Only, but due to limitations in that regard in my area, I risked following internet research advice and threw it in the washing machine with the rest of my laundry (including my skirt) (but carefully cushioned so it wasn't on the top or bottom), washed it on Cold, and then I hung-dry the garment (also with the skirt). Can't be certain if it was that or the way I hang-dried it, but it did loosen the waist band a little bit. But not noticeably, so I am comfortable doing it again.

Got this in black and in oxblood! Both fit beautifully and are SUPER swishy. I did have to hem them a bit as I'm on the short side but well worth the effort! They're super soft as well and the pockets are huge!

These are so darling!! I’m usually a medium but all they have was a small and a large and I didn’t know what to get so I talked to customer service and they recommended a large and it actually fit rather nicely. I definitely recommend.
