Apricot Pepper Jelly

Jelly is fabulous. The apricots I will not order again. Not ripe, Once they did ripen they were mushy, little flavor. Very disappointed.

This is a most versatile product. I've served it as a topping for various hors d'oeuvres. But my favorite way to use this yummy jelly is to blend it with whatever sounds good....soy sauce, brown sugar, good mustard, garlic, a favorite bbq sauce....whatever appeals to me at the time, and to brush it on roasting meats. I especially enjoy it with pork and chicken. I haven't tried it yet with salmon but that's my next project. It's not overly spicy but it does have a nice kick that doesn't overwhelm. Highly recommend it!
