Good service, very professional and responsive

When my Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins diesel started cutting out and throwing a P2509 code, I first checked the batteries and all the electrical connections and when I found nothing wrong, I sent my ECM to GoEcm for analysis and repair. They responded two days later that the unit tested good - not surprising since the problem was intermittent. They charged me $100 for testing then sent the ECM back to me. After more testing I decided to buy a new ECM. GoECM credited me the $100 and promptly sent me a new unit. The new unit was bad; I returned it and they sent me a replacement which worked. Overall the experience was very good; they responded promptly, shipped the units quickly, and returned my core deposit the same day they got my old ECM. I can't fault them because my original ECM tested good, because it was an intermittent issue. The only real issue that I had was the first replacement ECM they sent me which was bad. That should have been caught before it was shipped. They did replace that unit quickly and the last ECM they sent me is working just fine. I would recommend this company, and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
