OverLand COMFORT DOG HARNESS

Great harness. This is my second harness from Wolfgang. The first one I bought back in 2023 and still use it for my first dog. Now, my second dog can rock his for many years to come. Did not receive any tracking but was delivered in 6 days.

WORST Customer Service.

This is a longer one because this company slacked off for a MONTH and THREE weeks and completely ignored me. First, I will start off by saying I do like the products. I bought a matching set of the harness, leash, and collar. The first harness I received ran too small, so I exchanged it for one size bigger. The exchange went through fine but I never received a tracking number for the new harness. A week later I received the wrong harness. They never fulfilled the order or marked it as delivered or even shipped so I was unable to start another exchange on my own. It Took TWO weeks of emailing them to finally get a short response and a shipping label to send the harness back. I sent the incorrect harness back. It then took an additional THREE weeks to receive the correct harness. I was emailing them a couple times a week for updates with no response. Finally I sent a longer emailing explaining everything that had happened and I asked for a refund because at this point it had been a MONTH and THREE weeks since I received my original order. They finally emailed back the next day and REMOVED that longer email (requesting a refund) from the email thread. I made sure to keep every email on the same thread so I could keep track. I then replied with the same message I had sent but never got a response. A week later I finally received the correct harness and the order still shows unfulfilled. Never received a tracking number. Never received a refund and I highly doubt I will. This whole thing wouldn't have been an issue if they actually communicated with their customers and cared about customer experiences. I will never buy from this company again.

We absolutely love this company! All the leashes and harnesses I have bought are such high quality and are still in perfect condition years later!
