Poor quality

I emailed twice and reached out to 4 people on Linkedin to let them know I had an issue with the quality...and prior to leaving a poor review, if they could address it. Not a single person responded to me so here's my poor review. The first batch I received was good. This second batch is a different color and doesn't look real at all. See pics (I put my previous order next to the new ash colored that I just received)
