Ordering was easy via the web site. Payment processed easily. Product supplied swiftly. All in all an excellent service.

The alkalinity test strips work well. My two criticisms are that when cutting the strips into strips, some of them are cut narrower or wider than the norm. Secondly, when filling the pot with the strips, four or five are inserted upside down which means you have to take special care to remove them without touching the sensitive end.
