Managed to dye 10 white hardboiled eggs. Worked really well and the colours were quite strong. Favourable comments from friends I shared the eggs with. I also brushed the dyed eggs with egg white to give the eggs a sheen.

I’ve been dying eggs for Easter all my life, but first time using Earth paint egg dye. There are 4 colours in a pack (green, blue, purple and yellow) the powders were easy to mix with water except one that came in dry chunk that was hard to peel of the packet and very hard to mix. Yellow colour is amazing. Very strong and you can easily dye at least 20 eggs. Purple is pretty strong too but sometimes rubbed off the eggs. Green and blue were not very strong and worked only for 3 eggs. Shame there’s no red in a pack. Overall we had fun and are happy with our eggs. Knowing it’s a natural dye we can now eat them too!
