Beautifully packaged( yes, they had to be assembled), the highest quality, amazing customer service when and if I had a question, simply amazing! You can order from a “big box” store but you won’t get the quality of these rain chains! The edges are turned under, each cup is joined by screws on the sides of each cup..and a forever warranty!
