Pokhara green tea goes great with dim sum

Originally I purchased Pokhara Green Tea for sentimental reasons, because Pokhara was the beginning and end of my Annapurna Circuit treks, but I have repurchased four more since it goes so well with dim sum, which we have been getting for takeout on the weekends.
