Problem with unit but company was helpful

We received our neon sculpture, put together and it didn't work. I contacted the company and the had similar complaints. They felt the problem was in the base so the sent a new one to us. That didn't resolve the problem so they issued a full refund. They were very helpful, I am just sorry the sculpture didn't work.

My first neon MFG product. Expertly packaged and a beautiful neon light. I love it so I will be getting more of these as presents.
