Good product bad service

When I first put in my shipping address I must entered it in wrong but I didn’t know that until I emailed them after 2 weeks with no progress and after calling multiple times and leaving messages and emails I heard nothing after another week passed I heard something back and they said my shipping address was wrong so I emailed them like 5 minutes later with the correct address and nothing happened for days. But when something did happen it shipped fast and I’m pristine condition. The product itself deserves 5 stars but like I said the service brought it down.
