Willow 360® Container Set (2-pack)

I purchased the reusable collection cups for my Willow 360 to save money on bags, and overall I’m glad Willow offers this option. The cups do what I need them to do and function well once they’re set up correctly. My only complaint is that the design feels a little flawed when it’s time to empty the milk. I’ve successfully transferred milk without spilling a few times, so I know it can be done, but I haven’t been able to consistently repeat whatever I did right. When switching from position one to position two to empty the cup, I often end up with some leakage. It’s entirely possible that part of the issue is user error, but the process isn’t as intuitive as it could be. That said, if you know you’re going to fill the cup, I recommend opening it directly over a bottle. The milk tends to spill during the “flip” required to finish emptying the cup, so having a bottle underneath catches any drips and prevents waste. You won’t lose milk if you’re prepared for it. it’s just a little inconvenient. Overall, the reusable cups work, save money compared to bags, and collect milk effectively. I just think the emptying process could be improved to make them more user-friendly.

Excellent way to prevent wasting multiple single-use plastic bags a day. There are only 3 parts and they are easy to wash. They can be a little tricky with pump wipes, but I've been able to do it well with the help of the pipe cleaner that comes with the pumps.

I haven't used this yet. I bought it to replace my parts on my pump I used with my first baby. They did send me the wrong size from what I ordered. I called them and they immediately replaced it and shipped me the correct size. They were very helpful. Other than that I have no issues with this product. Can't wait to start using it.
