Cool, unique, well -designed.
A perfect combination of form and function. The quilt is soft, warm, and durable. The map topography is detailed, accurate, and has just enough detail to make it easy to ID locations without diluting the power of the bold design. I received one as a gift ~5 years ago and am now giving one as a gift. It is one of my all time most favorite gifts.

A dream of a quilt
I have loved you for years, and have looked at the Chesapeake Bay quilt with longing since you introduced it. Finally, I purchased it - the quilt is everything and more that I dreamed it would be - lovely soft fabric like sateen - the stitching is artful and beautiful. The Chesapeake is the entry point for my Welsh, English, Scottish and French Huguenot ancestors in the 1600's - I plan to stitch in their landmarks and pass this quilt down for generations, after I have enjoyed it for years. This quilt is a treasure, thank you all.

Chesapeake Bay Coast Quilt is Perfect
This quilt is beautiful! Besides being made of organic cotton that is lovely to the touch, it is equally lovely to the eye. The color combination is perfectly balanced and the detail is amazing. To us in particular, the quilt is a map of our relationship. We met in Norfolk, moved to Richmond where we married and bought a home. Every summer we vacationed at Chincoteague and I reminisce about the times I visited Tangier Island in my work with the Corps of Engineers. We later moved to DC to be closer to our children and grandchildren; they are conveniently located in DC proper, Alexandria, Arlington and Anapolis. And all of our air travel begins and ends in Baltimore; where we love to visit the Aquarium and of course, Camden Yards where the Orioles play ball! Now we have to visit Wilmington and Dover to complete the quilty. We'll add more later! We consider this to be a wonderful heirloom that our families can enjoy. Marian and Bruce Rudd
