V-Mineralyze

I feel for me they seem to do better than my Ona-a-Day vitamins from the grocery store. I take (4) first thing in the morning [4am] when I wake before the gym, then (3) mid-day [11am], then the final (3) with all my other vitamins and supplements. Yes, perhaps it would be best to take with food [1st meal 11am-ish] for better absorption, but (10) of these and all other vitamins and supplements is a bit much. Use how you wish; I am placing another order right now. For what its worth, 5 stars has to be life changing, so 4 stars is pretty good.

I ran out of V-Mineralyze for an entire week... after about 3 days not taking it I felt OFF... The blend of V-Mineralyze keeps me energized, feeling like my engine is running on all cylinders! Easily the most complete blend of essential minerals and vitamins out there!

It’s a great quality vitamin. I’ve been taking V Mineralyze for many years now. Species nutrition always looks to improve their products as time goes on, if needed .
