Monthly Plate Crate Subscription

At first the boxes were really cool, now they just seem like they are thrown together.

The fist crate I ordered I picked and it was really great. I subscribed. But the second 2 crates were just okay. The clothes are are too childish for my 14 year old in high school to wear Che doesn’t want something that says “baseball player” in multi color bubble letters or “inspire yourself” that’s for 8 year olds. The crates should be more tailored to age bracket. I canceled the subscription.

We had a subscription in the past. We decided to try again and I cancelled after 1 month. He was gifted the March 2023 crate from his grandparents. They ordered YL for the shirt size and it was very obviously not a real YL. It fit my 7 year old son. Also, the tee popper worked 1 time and then kept getting stuck. I saw they had a sale that was 10% off the subscription if you signed up. No where did it say it was only for the 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year prepaid subscriptions. I looked at all of the terms and small print and saw nothing. I chose a past crate since he had that month’s crate and he was sent the same crate he had just received. I was charged for April 2023 and there was no 10% discount. I contacted customer service and was told the discounts were only for prepaid subscriptions. Again, this was never said. I asked them to just cancel and explained all the reasons why. Coach Jem was wonderful and sent us the crate we originally chose and a code for $15 for the issues.
