I just received my Smithy cookbook. Me and my wife are going to make a pizza in our Smithy on the big green egg.

Pretty amazing

I just got a Smithey cast iron skillet and have used it 3 times, and the chainmail scrubber is perfect to remove residual food particles and get the surface back to a shiny finish. It took minimal effort, it was fast to get the clean up done. I highly recommend it!
