Not impressed

I ordered my brand new Miller Digital Elite Series hood, 2 packages or outside and inside replacement lenses, 2 replacement batteries, and a replacement headgear, all for the future, as I use my hood every day because I am a Journeyman Boilermaker. When I made my purchase, I selected 2 day shipping and paid an extra $11.95 for this service. I received an email one day after the order had been filled and shipped stating that the delivery time could take longer than usual. It takes me 5 days to get my package. I send a message to the sales department requesting my shipping cost back, which they shouldn’t of offered to begin with if they new it would take longer than usual. That was over a week ago, and I still haven’t heard anything back about my message or a refund of the shipping costs.
