Tim provided phone support and was super helpful and patient. Because of his help in repairing my HPZ3200 I was able to meet my commitment for prints for a gallery show! LPS is simply the BEST!!!

A Life Saver

I received my printer used from a school. After attempting to find and fail someone local to help fix it I found Bob. His videos allowed me to fix my printer, and when I had issues after the belt replacement I was able to call the LPS, Bob answered, and he walked me though some troubleshooting and where to look. The system is now up and running and I could not be happier.

The comfort of knowing.

Being aware that there is a company I can have access to the parts I need for my discontinued design jet is a relief beyond measure. While, I hope to benefit from the parts for years to come, I hope to not need to replace parts as much. However, knowing Designjet can answer any need I have is a valuable goto company.
