HP Designjet 510 24" Trailing cable

the trailing cable has very fragile contacts. They tend to separate quite easily from their plastic backing. Once this happens, it's almost impossible to reconnect the cable without bending some of them. My cable didn't survive the second attempt at changing the drive belt, where there is no going around disconnecting the trailing cable. I was very relieved to find a business still capable to provide me this part. Even bought a second one. This is definitely the kind of parts you want to have in storage.
