Ginger Powder
The ginger powder I purchased makes me realize I haven't really had ginger powder(!) I opened the Kitchen Imp ginger and another bottle I had and took a deep breath of both. It was (as they say) like night and day.The Kitchen Imp ginger was so fragrant and full. The other bottle, which I had thought was okay was a bit bitter and thin. I want to find more recipes that call for ginger. Thanks for such delicious products!
