Freeze Dried Sliced Banana

These were terrible! Didn't taste like anything close to a banana.

Quality does cost more

Based on the research I did of top selling dehydrated foods with long shelf life of 15+ years, I chose Legacy. The sodium content was reason enough. I know that the more sodium, the more your body will react with stomach problems. Dehydrate you more and I just don't like the taste of high salt content. I keep my purchases for an emergency, at which time I will be doing things to keep my energy level as high as possible. Legacy's food caloric content will be my safety net. And the fruits will be a treat.

Opened the bag and found them to be delicious. Great to have in the house when you run out of fresh bananas.
