So I ordered these disaster bags as part of an earthquake preparedness campaign I am conducting with my employees. These bags were incentives to do other earthquake preparedness tasks. I ordered 2 bags and only received one, I contacted customer service and a new bag was shipped immediately, no questions asked. The bags themselves are great with all the supplies to survive following a disaster. Just add some toilet paper, your medicines, some cash and you are ready to get through an earthquake.
