Impossible to make contact with a human being. Never replied back to messages , and if you are lucky, it will be weeks after they have already send you and order and there nothing to do about it anymore . They never validate accepting a coupon when you forget to add to cart being it is in their hand to do being they are the owners. Anyways there is a place on Etsy where I found same molds for half the price.
