Had a small issues with an item that was damaged by the delivery company. Phoned Gallop guru and spoke to a very very helpful young lady who sorted thinks out brilliantly. A replacement came within 2 days. If only more company's would have such helpful and efficient staff. 1st class service, such a rare thing these days. Thank you Mr L Sean.
