My experience with Strasburg was amazing. I didn’t have a lot of time and I called the corporate number. Surprisingly I spoke with a live representative whom took my name and promised that she would contact the factory and they would ship my order with 24 hours and I would receive the christening gown within 2 days. This company was so on top of it that once my order was placed within 2 hours UPS had the garment and on the way to my home. The next day I received my daughters beautiful silk gown. The customer service and merchandise was absolutely amazing and excellent. Thank you Starsburg.
