Purchased my Gold Heartbreaker pen in February 2021. I use it every week to take Meeting notes. Last week I noticed the gem part of the pen was breaking off. So I contacted the Pen Hospital to request a repair. To my surprise Angel sent me a new pen!!!
I love PenGems sparkly pens and also enjoy giving them as gifts! Highly reccomend PenGems!!!
