Changed for the worse

I've been buying Fraser's Finest blend for several years, the last couple of years in 2 lb. bags by subscription. The flavor of the coffee in the last 2 bags has been very different from preceding purchases (my wife and I both noticed the difference independently, before comparing notes). The new flavor - or more accurately the lack of flavor - is not worth drinking. We are very disappointed and are cancelling our subscription.
