After doing CrossFit for almost 8 years, since I was living in Argentina, I started noticing that I really needed them after I moved to the U.S. My training partners and coaches recommended them to me, and they definitely made a difference. My front squats, snatches, and push presses, as well as any movement involving wrist hyperextension, not only became much more comfortable, but I can also use much better technique. I absolutely love them! ❤️
