Sent to the wrong address

Somehow you managed to send my order to the wrong address. I sent you an email advising this and haven’t had a response. Still waiting for delivery from the redirection. Luckily the receiver called me and took my order to the post office.

Best Customer Service Experience

I’ve used Qoleum Qfriction before so was desperately looking for more when I ran out. It’s the best anti-chafing ointment/cream I have ever used for my skin while running marathons. When my order was fulfilled and sent, it was stuck in Auckland international airport for a couple of weeks longer than expected and I was needing it for my next marathon. When I contacted It’s Organic Darling, Lesley responded and resent another package, free of charge and expressed posted it to me. I received the second package within days. (Still not received the original order yet) And in time before flying to the destination for my run. I couldn’t be more grateful to Lesley for her quick, efficient service. I highly recommend Qfriction (because it’s amazing) and I highly recommend supporting It’s Organic Darling because they care about their customers and go above and beyond for them. Thank you Lesley! I couldn’t have asked for any better service. I will definitely be coming back to order more and telling all my running buddies about it ☺️

QFriction is fantastic! A lifesaver in this humid weather. My upper thighs have never been happier. Have also found it great for at the gym, I no longer get blisters on my hands when lifting weights.
