Culinary Organic Matcha

The quality of this particular product seems to have gone down. I love the company and have been a long time customer and really believe in their standards in sourcing so it might be reflective of what is going on with matcha sourcing overall but the vibrancy of the color and distinctive smell is no longer there. It’s a bit dull compared to older version from previous years.
