A feisty, gorgeous matcha that's ready to slap you with its attitude.
Racy. Fantastic color, heady aromas, intense "matcha" taste (think strong green tea ice cream), faint twinges of bitterness and astringency (which gives it its sass).
Plenty of umami and natural sweetness means it pairs beautifully with savory food.

A good matcha that speaks for itself.
This unique blend is in the exact place between refreshing and umami taste. I must say this matcha it has a higher taste of astringenc but is in the perfect spot where matcha should be.

I’ve been using this beautiful high-quality product for probably 10 years now. It makes the most delicious Matcha latte, my morning wouldn’t be the same without it.
