Beautiful strap, great quality

Looks amazing with my Japanese "Rolex" by Seiko Solar Green "mini hulk". Such a smooth feel and so comfortable.

Poor quality and more importantly, poor customer service

The white strip tore away literally day 1. I understand that faulty products are occasionally an issue for all things out there, however the customer service (slow) advised me to use a lighter flame to "fix the fraying issue" rather than offering a simple exchange, store credit or refund.
