Not waterproof at all…

I tried it on my hand with waited about 5 minutes for it to dry then swiped my clean finger on it and it smudged. Many liquid eyeliners branded as waterproof has been not waterproof at all and I do not recommend this eyeliner for anyone who has oily skin, it will smudge immediately and stains.
