hi kokoro Nothing wrong with Kokoro or the product, but I never got to have it cause Spain Customs asked me for a file of things no one ever asked me before in order to receive my order from Japan, like register in Sapin Customs agency. I never received the product and Im asking for my money back to my bank card.I'll be Sending you a second email showing the things they are asking me, to be registered in order to receive my Naturie Hatomugi Skin Conditioner, it's horrible
