Tech support is substandard. I received a remote receiver on Monday and went to install it, but no remotes worked on it. there were no lights coming on when you pushed the button on the remote. I sent stupid photos they requested, and it is now Friday and still no call from the tech support like they said they would. I have been doing remotes and receivers for over 20 years, so thank you remote pro for your assistance Iwon't be purchasing from you again. Kevin Kyal Security
