Reviewing again; after 1+ year of constant left nostril wear, all 4 stones remain in place and are as sparkly as ever.

Absolutely love so much that this is a second one we have purchased in our family We feel comfortable knowing it is well made and good gold and diamonds that sparkle and shine

This is also a very beautiful piece the only complaint that i kind of have it for $230+ dollars i wish this had a clicker on it to close it instead it is a push closure. I feel like the push closure is compromising the shape of the hoop!
