Chocolate Covered Popcorn

I’ve ordered the dark chocolate popcorn as a gift before and it was a 5 STAR!! This time, the popcorn was ‘stale and seemed soggy.’ The package only sat on my door step for less than 5 min. It was hot, and they did pack it with an ice pack, but the package definitely must have been exposed to heat prior to delivery because it was stuck together and tasted very stale. I emailed customer service, but didn’t receive a reply.

The chocolate was Great but the service from the company representative was outstanding! I needed to revise my order and she handled everything and even wrote me a personal note on the bill. Brad Edwards
