Description
CNC punched and formed from high strength steel plate. Designed to allow for double shear mounting of seat belt tabs or limit strap tabs. 1/2" hole, 1/4" slot width.

Adjustable strap clevises break, these don’t.
I’m used to using clevises for limit straps, and I have bent 75% of them. Realistically, limit straps shouldn’t need an adjustable clevis, they just need a hard mounting point that doesn’t bend. Use a double sheared table on both ends, and the problem goes away.
