Carli 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty Commuter 2.0 (Level Height) Suspension System

Yall kind of suck.

This review is more based on cjc customer service. The Carli kit rides excellent. My track bar didn’t come with the proper mounting shims. After reaching out by phone to cjc they could care less. Almost made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Then I reached out to Carli directly and got the problem solved even though I ordered through cjc. Carli got me the shims within an hour or so and they shipped the next day. Do better cjc.

Expensive but worth it.

Our ride is far less jarring now. Still rides like a truck, but the bumps are a lot smoother now even while towing. Customer service is TOP NOTCH! The guys on the phone were very helpful.

2022 F 250 level kit

Customer service has been great to work with and delivery was quick. An item slipped out of one if the boxes during shipping. Customer service is working with Carli to have a replacement shipped out.
