Nutricost Magnesium Citrate Powder

Does NOT dissolve or impact constipation

Unflavored version. Very coarse powder that not dissolve in liquid and does not impact bowel movements or muscle health the way other brands do. Large proportion (possibly all?) of crystals remain intact and sink to the bottom of glass even after repeatedly adding water & aggressively mixing between drinks. Tried it for a few weeks and it was totally ineffective.
