It was an excellent experience dealing with RRI. The price was great and they told me that there was a two month wait but the item came in two weeks. Will definitely be purchasing more from them.

Good customer service

I ordered a shock and then changed my mind... somebody always answered the phone normally within the first few rings and they returned my phone calls when they said they would really what more can you ask for.. hopefully they exchange my order for a new part and we can continue to be friends🤣🤣
