FIFTH AVENUE Single Origin Espresso

The coffee itself deserves 4-5 stars but I have a couple of issues: 1. Their website is not accurate. I thought I was ordering coffee roasted in Vancouver where I am. It is actually roasted in Toronto. Not a big issue but it took a few weeks to deliver and other local roasters can deliver much faster. Also the site has a different description than on the bag for their Gondola Espresso. 2. They do not indicate how Dark or Light their coffee is on the website or bag. It would be nice to know this. Based on the flavour notes I was expecting a darker roast but it’s closer to Medium. 3. If you want to communicate with them use their email from the site. I tried using their Chat feature and through Shop app link. I got no response. The coffee is a good quality though and the Fifth Ave in particular is a good coffee.
