SWF/MAS-12
I really like the machine. It took a few calls and emails to get access and other items to get things working properly. Overall Customer service and the Machine are good!

Great machine! Was set up and running within 2 hours
I have a two head machine but found myself turning off 1 head to do more personalized items. The SWF/MAS-12 was the answer to my production. I watched all videos Sii offered on the product before buying, then watched them again when the item was shipped. Upon arrival, I had the machine up and running within 2 hours of opening the box. It has been a fantastic machine and could definitely see myself buying another to run two personalized jobs at 1 time.

A Machine is a Machine
I have worked as a graphic designer for over 20 years, I have been screenprinting for over 10.
Like anything new, there is a learning curve, but with proper research and skills, you too can learn to embroider.
A machine does what you tell it to. Tell it to do the right things and you will go far.
