Premium Flower Subscription

Dear Sir/madam, My partner finally received her flowers bit late then expected, which for the delay I’m not too bothered by as I understand it was Valentine’s Day and can imagine the courier was under the pump. What I would like to express my disappointment for however is the quality and choice of flowers, particularly for a premium subscription. The flowers to which she received were bruised and a couple broken. For a premium subscription both her and I were expecting higher quality flowers, in every respect.
