Good but could be better

Love the concept and the execution is pretty good. It’s VERY rustic but that’s fine. Overall very happy. I asked if I could delete a few items and was told no customization. Could be more customer flexible! I’ve added a rack I bought from Amazon (color matches exactly) to hang wine glasses from the front. Company should brainstorm other things it could offer for an up charge.
